Accomodation
Accomodation :
Like every year, we will try to provide the greater number free accomodation in Dijon. However, the number of people that will benefit from full accomodation will be dependant on the amount of available accomodation in the hotels we contacted  - it simply means you'd better not tarry in sending back your filled registration form (and payment) - only those registering before April 4th 2010 will be accomodated (depending on available acocmodation).
Almost all Phase I delegates will stay in various hotels in central Dijon, onveniently placed near bus lanes and right in the center of our beautiful city - those not staying there will be contacted well in advance.
You will be accomodated in 2- or 3-persons rooms, with the possibility of having to share your room with other participants (and thus make new friends...)
IMPORTANT : 2-persons rooms feature a double bed (ie NOT two single beds) ; 3-persons rooms feature a double bed and single bed. Henceforth, if you do not want to share the sheets with someone else, bring your own sleeping bag.
Please notice, as detailed on the registration page, that you have the option of staying an extra night (Sunday to Monday) - please clearly mention it upon registration. Once the primary registration period is over, we will have no possibility to modify/cancel bookings.
People seeking accomodation on their own, people not willing to stay at the same place as the others nor to share their room are invited to have a look at the Tourist Office website of Dijon for further information on hotels, youth hostels and other types of accomodation.
The full detailed list of room allocation will be sent directly to participants shortly.
